Sole-Kart Online Store Policy
Authenticity Policy
Every item that comes through our platform is 100% Authentic with accessories. We thoroughly inspect and legit check every sneaker that is bought and sold through our platform.
Refund Policy
All orders placed with us are FINAL.
There are no returns, exchanges or cancellations. In the rare case that a sneaker does not release, we will issue refunds back to the payment method used. However, 1-2 weeks need to pass after the originally planned release date. This is owed to the fact that brands often move dates for releases. Optionally, store credit can be issued in lieu of refund at store’s discretion and customer request.
We are not responsible for damage or lost packages during shipping. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects of any kind as all of our items are authentic and not marked defective or B grade. We cannot control manufacturing quality of the items they produce or box condition.
There is a 30% restock/cancellation fee should you request a refund on a pre-order prior to shipment.
Sole-Kart can refuse any sale and/or any order. This is often considered for fraud protection and safety for our small business.
Shipping and Handling Time Policy
All items ship in the handling time listed within the product description.
All in-stock orders are typically sent within 1-3 business days from time of order with tracking information provided. Items listed as pre-orders will ship on or around approximate ship date as outlined in item description. Typically, 1-2 weeks after the general release.
We source from authentic retailers and if the brand changes the release date or release method, this may impact shipping times to Sole-Kart. Should this happen, you will be notified via email and additional days or weeks may be added from original time.
If pre-ordered items are purchased along with in-stock items, they ship as they become available. There will be no order cancellations accepted of any kind, even if product has not yet shipped, including pre-ordered items. (Refer to Refund Policy)
Sole-Kart is not responsible for packages after the shipping service takes possession. Please contact the service for tracking discrepancies or lost packages.
Sole-Kart can refuse any sell and any customer at any time.
COVID-19
The refund policy is expanding shipping lead times owed to COVID 19. Please allow additional time for us to fulfill your order. We understand the impact everyone is facing and we are answering all questions and concerns.

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data are stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.
